their sugar high and a few extra cavities! It isn't much, but they really love it and it's been a fun little tradition. So, since Sam is off school tomorrow, I let the kids have a movie night tonight. It's fun to see how excited they get about something so simple. They looked forward to it all day - not to mention it was a good bribing tool for them to behave! By the time the movie was over they weren't really paying much attention, they were wrestling with each other, popcorn was all over the floor, and they were having a great time! And that is how it usually goes in our house. Nothing ever turns out the perfect way I plan it. I've realized that having expectations of how you want things to work is pretty pointless. Nothing is going to be perfect, or exactly the way you want it - so just enjoy it for what it is and enjoy the ride. I just have to keep telling myself that!!Ok, now for those of you who have been anxiously awaiting pictures of our new and improved house - and I know you are just sooo anxious - I finally broke down and took pictures tonight with my old camera since we still haven't downloaded the software from my new one. I know, I know it's not really that hard, but hey, we have been pretty busy lately. In any case, here are the pictures of our downstairs bathroom. We, ok Mike, finished painting the upstairs and I'm still working on getting our bedroom put back together, so those pictures will come soon - hopefully by Sunday. As for the rest of the house. We will just cross our fingers on that one. Mike just started school again on Tuesday, so we will see how quickly our next project gets done. Wish us luck!

Your bathroom looks great!
What a fun little tradition to have with your kids. That sounds like a really great idea.
I LOVE the new sink!! And yay for having storage in the bathroom now!! It looks great Kels, can't wait to see what you will do with the rest of the house! The paint looks great, too, by the way. Love the color!!
And no, I still don't know anyone in Utah, those visitors were family. From out of state.
Looks great!! I think we have the almost identical euro-sink (ours is the dark brown, though). . . . it's amazing how such a little room can take so much work!
The work you have done is great. I love the rug. It goes so well with that great sink.
I totally agree about the perfect plan gone awry. It seems like nothing ever goes like you picture it in your mind but it is so great that you are so flexible and go with the flow.
