A New Year, A New Adventure!

Happy New Year!
We thought we'd ring in the new year with a stab at joining the blogging world! I have to say, it's been pretty fun putting it all together. The trick is keeping it all updated. If any of you have seen how "diligently" I keep a journal, then you know this is going to be a big undertaking for me! It's the thought that counts, right?

Life in the Hansen home at the start of this new year, is much the same as always - very loud and very crazy. We like to call our house "organized chaos", though it's not really organized, but it feels better than calling it a zoo. Mike is working too many extra shifts at the hopital, so it's a treat when he gets a day off. Kelsey keeps busy trying to control the fighting, hitting, crying, messes, and yes, even the laughter at times. The joys of a house full of toddlers! Sam is in preschool and we just registered her for kindergarten this week. She loves school and is growing up way too fast! The boys are exploding with new vocabulary each day it seems, though we still haven't moved beyond 2 word sentences. Though it will be nice when they are a little older and not so demanding, I can't help but wish they would stay little. Since I'm sure they will grow up anyway, it will definitely be fun to see all the new adventures this year will hold for us!

Here is the latest and greatest of the Bills Family! This was the first Christmas in over 4 years that we have been able to spend together. It was crazy and loud, but super fun and of course filled with lots of drama- it was everything Christmas should be! It was defintiely worth the 13 hour drive! We can't wait for the next family reunion!
