Last Tuesday was my little boys 4th birthday! I can't believe how big they are - they are still my little babies! It just doesn't seem so long ago that we were anxiously waiting for them to be big enough and strong enough to come home with us from the hospital. Everything about them has been quite the journey for us! First from the shocking news that we were having twins, to their unexpected early arrival and prolonged hospital stay, to dealing with the daily life of these 2 little headstrong personalitites. They have been both a trial and a huge joy to us, and we couldn't imagine our lives without these two little adventures. I definitely believe they were sent to our home to teach us patience and humility!!!! They both love to test mom anyway possible, and usually at the same time, in opposite directions. T
hey love to be together and when one wakes up and notices the other is missing, gets pretty upset until they find their brother. They both love to make people laugh, and ham it up whenever they can. Kaden is my super stubborn one, determined to test mommy to her limits, but the next second is as sweet as can be helping clean up toys and smothering me with kisses. Gavin is still stubb
Last Saturday we had a birthday party for the boys, their very first one! They invited all of their little friends and had fun at a little tumble place. It was the perfect place for a boy's birthday party! A bunch of boys running around and going crazy, it was great! Mom didn't have
to do a thing but show up with cupcakes! We even got them some crowns to wear (they HAD to have one since Sami had one at her party) and called themselves the "Birthday Kings". So, ever since that day, they have been riding their new Spider-man scooters non-stop and I have two little "Bumblebees" running around, shooting me every chance they get.
They are two crazy boys, but I guess they take after their mother so I can't blame them too much, and I have to admit, I love them to death!Happy Birthday, little munchkins!

Kelsey - It's Brooke Turner from Fugal days at BYU! I saw your blog on Christy's blog after she mentioned that you were having your second set of twins. Now that Jen Hunsaker and I both have identical twin boys, seeing that you're pregnant with another set of twins is making me a little scared to try again. Wow, you are amazing!!!
